Lead a bold &
more authentic life.

I believe it is essential to get to know oneself on a deeper, more complete level. Perhaps some of your struggles come from your past history or the story you might tell about the past. It is important to make sense of these things before figuring out where to go. I can help you sort through these challenges, which are hard to do alone.

Long term healing
over short term fixes.

Test the waters

I cannot stress enough how important the fit between client and therapist is for successful outcomes in psychotherapy. That's why I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can get to know each other and determine if you are comfortable with me. Don't worry, if it's not going to work out for us, I can refer you to other people in my network who might be right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

According to the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Psychotherapy is primarily a talk-based therapy and is intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. Psychotherapy occurs when the Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and the client enter into a psychotherapeutic relationship where both work together to bring about positive change
in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour, and social functioning. Individuals usually seek psychotherapy when they have thoughts, feelings, moods, and behaviours that are adversely affecting their day-to-day lives, relationships and ability to enjoy life.
